Lettuce Mix

Our fresh looseleaf lettuce mix. Turkey River Farm's salad mix is a blend of 8 premium lettuce varieties that will keep much longer than store-bought -- no more sad soggy leaves at the bottom of a plastic box, just fresh, flavorful lettuce! 

Tip: If you're not sure how much lettuce mix to order, keep in mind that a regular grocery store box of looseleaf lettuce mix is usually 5 ounces (just under a third of a pound) and a standard serving size of lettuce is 3 ounces. We typically give a third of a pound or a half pound to our CSA members in their weekly shares.
