The freshest! Grown in Farmersburg by our farmer friend Paul Young of Tir na n'Og Farm. To avoid overcooking Paul's asparagus, grill, roast, or blanch for just a minute or so, until the stalks turn bright green, letting you know that they're cooked. No need to trim tough ends -- Paul has already done that for you -- the whole stalk is tender, from tip to base!
Sold in approx 1lb bunches. Available for pickup at our Greenhouse and Farm locations.
