We grow a variety of yellow and green summer squash selected for superior flavor and texture. We harvest squash when it is still small, when the skin is tender (no peeling!) and the seeds are small (no need to scoop out seeds!). Turkey River Farm squash goes great on the grill, cubed and sautéed with other veggies, or substituted for zucchini in any recipe.
